Wade Plante, a Member of the Seattle-King County Association of Realtors, enjoys his career as a REALTOR because it is fast-paced, and enjoys building lasting loyal relationships. Another reason he loves his job is that he gets to help people take part in the American Dream. Meeting unique and remarkable people from all walks of life makes the job all the more fun and fulfilling.
According to Wade, Real Estate can be a complicated process involving up to 36 different entities per transaction. He enjoys helping people navigate that process. Seeing the look on his clients’ faces when the transaction is complete is very rewarding.
During his career, Mr. Plante has listed and sold both starter and million-dollar homes as he continues to help people from all socio-economic backgrounds. One of his goals was to build and grow a team to help more families in the greater Seattle Area find their perfect home. Wade always strives to be his best and believes that referrals from satisfied customers speak volumes.
What makes Wade different is his ability to listen and anticipate his clients’ needs even when they cannot articulate them; while providing top-notch customer service and professionalism to his clients.
Wade is passionate about building good foundations for children and wants to ensure a happy and healthy living environment, so he became involved in the Children’s Ministry. He is a Camp Director every year for about 130-160 kids ages 7-12.
He is a General Licensed Minister with the UPCI, and is currently the WA State Children’s Ministry Director; he has a working understanding of Japanese and is learning Spanish.
He is a massive fan of all Seattle sports teams, including the Huskies, Mariners, Seahawks, and now the Kraken! Go Dawgs!
Wade lives with his wife, Gaylene, and his two children Jonathan and EvaRee, along with their adorable Golden Doodle Daisy. When he is not busy pastoring at his church in Lynnwood, he enjoys taking family vacations to Disney World and spending time with family and friends.
